New Patients
- New pet examinations are a core and essential part of the services we provide to our clients.
- During your visit, we perform a thorough physical examination and discuss any concerns including nutrition, pet care, training
and behaviour, recommendations for lifelong vaccination programs, and the possible need for future procedures including sterilizations. - Our highly trained reception staff can also offer advice on pet insurance and city registration.

- 24-hour notice is required for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling

Shop Online
Please request your pet’s diet and supplements through our online store. Orders must be placed Mon-Sat to allow review and approval time.
Orders can be picked up from our clinic or shipped directly to your home.

Dogs Leashed On Entry
We want to welcome all our clients and patients into a safe and relaxing environment, so please ensure your dog is on a leash and your cat is in a carrier both while you wait and after your scheduled appointment.
